The Declaration of Dependance

A Declaration
By the Representatives of the
United Socialists of America,
In general Congress assembled

To The Citizens of the Former united states.

When in the course of human events, through years of subversion by anti-American professors, liberals, politicians and left-wing radicals, it has become possible for a People to dissolve the free form of government which had made Amercia so successful, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth,  Socialist Tyranny equal to few which have ever existed, to which we feel we are entitled to.  A total lack of Respect to the Opinions of the Average American emboldens us to declare the causes and methods we will use to burn the old America to the ground.

Therefore we, have as a direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

We shall destroy all Christian Laws, even the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.

We forbid the State Governors to pass any Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless our Assent should be obtained .

We will  refuse to pass other Laws for the Accommodation of large Districts of People; unless those People would relinquish their Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right they no longer need.

We will call together Legislative Bodies at Places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the Depository of your public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing you into Compliance with our Measures.

We will dissolve any Representative Houses for opposing with manly Firmness our Invasions on the Rights of the People.

We will not honor the results of contested elections but will cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, can be assured to work in our favor, regardless if the State remains in the mean time exposed to all the Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within.

We will endeavour to Populate the States with illegal aliens; and for that Purpose obstruct the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refuse to pass others to discourage their Illegal Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands for natural Citizens, while lowering them for the Illegals.

We will obstruct the Administration of Justice, by refusing to recognize States Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

We will make Judges dependent on our Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and Amount and Payment of their Salaries.

We will erect a Multitude of new Offices, and send hither Swarms of ACORN Officers to harass your People, and eat out your Substance.

we will keep among you, in Times of Peace, Standing Armies of Lawyers, and Activists, without the consent of your Legislature.

We will render the Military incapable of protecting this country. We will create a National Police force (Gestapo) which is equipped the same as or better than the military, and make it  independent of and superior to the Local Civil Power.

We will combine with others to subject you to a Jurisdiction foreign to your Constitution, and unacknowledged by your Laws; and give our Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

We will  quarter large Bodies of Armed ACORN thugs among you:

We will protect them, by mock Trials, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of the States:

WE will  cut off your Trade with all Parts of the World to bust your budgets:

WE will  impose taxes on you without your Consent:

WE will deprive you, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:

WE will transport you beyond Seas to be tried for pretended Offences:

WE will abolish the free System of English Laws in any neighbouring Province which resists, establishing therein an arbitrary Government, and enlarging its Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule in the States:

WE will take away your Charters, abolish your most valuable Laws, and alter fundamentally the Forms of your Governments:

WE  will suspend your own Legislatures, and declare themselves invested only with such Powers to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever.

WE will delclare your State Government void, out of Federal Protection and wage War against you.

WE will plunder your Accounts, ravage your Coasts, burn your Towns, and destroy the Lives of your People.

WE are, at this Time, transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally worthy for your  Heads of State.

WE will constrain your fellow Citizens take them Captive on charges of high treason and make them bear Arms against your Country, to become the Executioners of your Friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

We will excite domestic Insurrections among you, and will endeavour to bring on the Gangs of the Drug Lords, the merciless terrorist Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions you may Petition for Redress in the most humble Terms: But your repeated Petitions will be answered only by repeated Injury. Our party, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, may be unfit to be the Ruler of a free People,  but then you are no longer FREE.

You may be inclined to seek help from your British Brethren. We have warned them from Time to Time about Attempts by their Legislature to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of your Demise. We have appealed to their native fears and threatened them with activisim, and we have reminded them of the Ties we have with Islamic Fundamentalists in their country and have urged them disavow these Usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, celebrate in the Reality that we can denounce them  and hold them, as we hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, Enemies in Peace.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United SOCIALISTS of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Socialists, Communist, and Facist Governments of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of Barrack Hussein Obama, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United States are, and by our Direction ought to be, SOCIALIST and ENSLAVED States; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, to all other Democratic and free peoples of the world, and that all political Connection between them and the new United States, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as SOCIALIST and ENSLAVED States, they no longer have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.

And to support this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, and the Iranian Regime, etc. we mutually pledge to take each of your Lives if necessary, all of your Fortunes, and to crush your sacred Honor.

I’m an Extremist, She’s an Extremist, Wouldn’t You Like To Be an Extremist too??

I’m not a Bush supporter. I’m not a Republican.
I am a Libertarian, a strict Constitutionalist, and a Blogger for Liberty.

Remember the days when us wing nuts told you that the Obama administration would be worse than the Bush era? I’m an equal opportunity basher when it comes to the NO common sense policies that interrupt the common good of all my American fellow citizens. I have no issue beating a dead horse, especially if I think it still contains a wisp of life, a last breath, or postmortem flatulence, I don’t care. (PETA, don’t mail me). All you people who voted for Obama, did so without any record to point to that said he was the man for the job. Not only has he gaffed in ways that would’ve made Bush blush, and would’ve had blood shooting out of the eyes of liberals back in the Bush days of old–his worst gaff yet was appointing a Homeland Security Secretary who thinks that labeling all Americans, including veterans as extremists and potential terrorists is appropriate.

Meet Janet Napolitano.

She is so PC that the government is no longer “allowed” to call Islamic Terrorists, “terrorists”. The correct term under the Obama administration to describe actual terrorists are “man made disasters”. That is of course, unless you’re an American, then you may be labeled a terrorist, and that is my friends, politically correct under the Obama list of common sense protocol. According to the “”Domestic Extremism Lexicon” you are an extremist. YES YOU. I will exclude you of course if you are comatose, a droid, a mannequin, or if you’re effectively brain dead. Otherwise, you will fall into one of the categories below

You Might be an extremist if :

  • You listen to or read alternative media sources that portray significant events differently than that of the mass media outlets.
  • you are anti-illegal immigration
  • you are a Cuban and /or anti Castro ( of cuba? ya know, a communist government?)
  • you and your friends are individuals who pursue shared ideological goals (to be fair the rest says—->through tactics of leaderless resistance independent of any larger terrorist organization (can anyone say Bill Ayers? Tony Rezko?)
  • you believe in civil disobedience to change laws ( can anyone say Martin Luther King?) or you protest (dang tea bagging protesting rednecks! Gahh!)
  • you oppose most federal and state laws, regulations, and authority, particularly firearms laws and regulations.
  • you are a  Christian patriot, or are affiliated with  patriot groups, or Constitutionalists
  • you’re a Christian who believes that following God is above all and refuse to follow all other government laws that may compromise your faith
  • you believe the tax code is the equivalent to theft

Notice two things when you investigate the link to this latest proud display of our tax dollars at work. 1) Your government does not want you to know that they are profiling you. The warning states : It contains information that may be exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). It is to be controlled, stored, handled, transmitted, distributed, and disposed of in accordance with DHS policy relating to FOUO information and is not to be released to the public, the media, or other personnel who do not have a valid need-to-know without prior approval of an authorized DHS official. State and local homeland security officials may share this document with authorized security personnel without further approval from DHS. (so much for the Obama promise of transparency)

and notice how I didn’t say “I told you so!!”

Whose Rights?

Abortion is often defended in terms of the woman’s right to choose.   I agree fully.

A woman has a right to make many choices regarding her own body.  She can choose not to have unprotected sex.  She can choose to use contraceptive medications.  She can choose to abstain from sex completely.  But she cannot choose to deny the rights of another for her own convenience.

Rights come with responsibilities.  The free exercise of my rights stops at the point where it would interfere with your rights, and vice versa.  Abortion doesn’t affect only the woman.  It involves two people, the woman and her child, as any simple DNA test will show.  The rights of both must be considered.

As an individual, a woman has the right to make choices about her own body.    The pro-abortion argument that “a woman has a right to choose what to do with her own body,” is not an accurate description of the debate.  As a parent, the woman even has the right to make choices about her child.  She does not, however, have the right to end the life of her child.

Abortion advocates understand this.  They intentionally pull on your emotional heartstrings with pleas of “women’s rights.”  In doing so, they completely ignore the rights of the innocent child who’s life they seek to end.

Are women’s rights more important than children’s rights?

It Depends On Your Beliefs

A phrase often heard in controversial discussions as an attempt to find some type of middle ground is “it depends on your beliefs.”  But what does that really mean?

If I believe the sky is purple, and you believe it is orange, does agreeing to disagree by saying “it depends on your belief” change the fact that the sky is actually blue?  Of course not.  We are both free to believe whatever we want, but society as a whole will still call the sky blue and if we choose to engage in activities requiring factual knowledge we better be prepared to call it blue as well.

Most often, the phrase is heard in political debates.  But do those uttering it, really mean it?  I would venture to guess that most of the time the answer is no.

Would anyone seriously argue that laws regarding murder, rape, assault, or theft should “depend on your beliefs?”  Of course not.  Regardless of ones’ personal beliefs, there is one common principle that the law applies in these situations.  Individuals are free to hold their own beliefs, but they are not free to act on them in a way that would infringe upon the rights of another.

Suppose someone says, “I don’t believe that brunettes are people,” or “I don’t believe that children under the age of five are people.” Does that make it true?  Of course not.  People, are people, and the law is there to protect the rights of all.  Certainly no one would argue that Hitler had a right to kill Jews  because he believed they were not people, or that the Klu Klux Klan has a right to kill African Americans because they believe they are not people.

Why, then, do some of us stubbornly cling to the idea that it is okay for a woman to murder her unborn baby if she doesn’t believe that it is a person yet?

Score one for religious freedoms

A dear friend sent me this link. I was rather intrigued to see that finally, the First Amendment nonsense that the ACLU uses against Christians was used FOR a Christian law suit. I can’t help but wonder what the ACLU thinks about this? I read this through and was taken back 6 years. My oldest daughter used to attend public schools. One day she came home in tears because her teacher had told her that she could no longer wear her icthus necklace. Apparantly, a young Muslim boy attended her school and had complained that it offended him to see it worn. In an effort to avoid a lawsuit, they asked that my daughter no longer wear her necklace. I was infuriated, but my ex-husband would not allow ne to press the issue, making our daughter a “poster child for First Amendment rights”. Three weeks later, I happened upon a young boy walking down the hallway of her school, carrying a mat. I asked him where he was going. He replied that he was on his way to the gym to attend to his prayers. It seemed that i had encountered the very same young man that had been offended by my daughter’s simple display of faith! The school insisted that they could not infringe upon his religious freedom to go pray in the gym, but had refused my daughter’s right to express her faith through a simple accessory. I can’t help but wonder why her faith was denied, but his was allowed to be expressed. Does the Muslim faith or any other not violate the same “seperation of church and state” that the ACLU screams about?

To see a win like this for the Christian faith is good. For far too long, our rights have been trampled on.
