Phentermine.

Phentermine is often prescribed to treat patients suffering from obesity and being at a higher risk of developing other conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. This medicine may or may not harm an unborn baby – there is not enough data on that. Therefore, women that are pregnant of breastfeeding are supposed to talk to their health care provider first to make sure nothing threatens the health of their baby. Take phentermine as prescribed – usually three times a day before meals with a full glass of water. Avoid combining it with guanethidine, antidepressants, guanadrel, high blood pressure meds, oral insulin or diabetes medications, or any other drugs you are taking to prevent interactions from occurring. It's a good idea to write a list of all products you are taking at the moment and demonstrate to your health care provider to make sure your treatment is going just as planned. There is no need to worry if you experience certain mild side effects, such as diarrhea, vomiting, dry mouth, constipation, and unpleasant taste, as those symptoms are likely to go away on their own and there will be no need for you to worry about anything. Report any side effects that appear to be bothersome to your health care provider right away.
